Rates & Insurance

 For 50-minute therapy sessions, the out-of-pocket fee is $150.00. If you want to use your insurance and I am in-network with your insurance company, your fee will be based on your insurance plan.

I am in network with the following insurance companies:

• Aetna
• Blue Cross Blue Shield
• Health Choice
• Modern Health
• United Healthcare/Optum/UMR

If I’m not in-network with your insurance carrier, I’m happy to give you a super bill (receipt) of your services to submit to your insurance company. Based on your plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement of a portion of the fees using your out-of-network benefits. I am happy to assist you with this process if you’d like.
