Virtual/Online Therapy

Thanks to COVID-19, we now know that online therapy/telehealth works just as well – if not better – than traditional in-office therapy. From the comfort of your home, office, or hotel room (even your car!), you can have a full hour-long session without needing to worry about traffic or setting aside additional time out of your day to travel to the office. It’s also super convenient for inclement weather or if one of us in Covid quarantine. For couples, partners can be in separate locations and we can still meet – virtual therapy to the rescue!

Online therapy allows me to work with people who live anywhere in Oklahoma and may not have local access to high-quality therapists. I’m able to see anyone whose home address is in Oklahoma, so even if you’re not in the T-Town area, we can work together.

In a lot of ways, online therapy is very similar to in-office therapy. There’s no confusing software to download – all you need is an internet connection and a pair of headphones for privacy, or there is a free app so you can use your cell phone’s data if you don’t have access to WiFi.
