Rates & Insurance
For 50-minute therapy sessions, the out-of-pocket fee is $130.00. If you want to use your insurance and I am in-network with your insurance company, your fee will be based on your insurance plan.
I am in network with the following insurance companies:
- Aetna
- Blue Cross Blue Shield
- Friday Health Plans
- Health Choice
- Modern Health
- United Healthcare/Optum/UMR
If I am not in network with your insurance carrier, I’m happy to give you a super bill or receipt of your services to submit to your insurance company. Based on your plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement of a portion of the fees.
